I'm not getting any emails regarding the livestream or replays.
1. Please check your spam folder.
2. Search your email account for [email protected].
3. Search your email for "replays", "sign in", "under an hour" to see if you've received any emails from us.
4. If you're using a school email address, your school firewall may be blocking the email. You can contact us with a personal email that will allow these emails to go through. Contact [email protected]. Or ask your school to whitelist the email address in step 2.
I can sign in, but I can't connect to the livestream or replays:
1 - If you're attempting to access the clinic from a school or business, try to access from home. At times our permissions are blocked by school and business firewalls. To gain access, ask your IT staff to whitelist HeySummit.com.
2 - Be sure you're using the same device for the whole sign in process. That is, if you sign in on your computer, get the sign in email from your computer and watch the videos on your computer.
3 - Try a different browser or different computer.
